"I couldn't leave feedback on the Ebay page because there is not enough room for the comments I have, I really dont know how to sum it up other then EXCELLENT, I purchased a KLR 650 which as of 4:45pm has a total of 20 miles on it,The bike as promised is everything I was looking for, I have never been treated with such service unreal, It takes a well oiled machine to run as smooth as the dealership I was at today being Cycle World of Cherry Hill NJ I drove almost 3 hours and there is a reason, I have plenty of dealership choices 20 miles from my house. To many times we thank our salesman for doing a fine job and Im going to thank you Tim Wynne but I'm also going to thank the entire dealership from the mechanics that made sure my bike was ready and safe for pickup, To the girls up front for taking care of all my paperwork and answering my questions, To my man in parts for suiting me up with some killer gear, To Tim that takes the pictures and really cares and takes the time to go over the bike with you, To the guy I didn't meet sweeping the floor, This is where I'm going with this you cant find a great place unless there are great people running it and all of you do a stellar job, And at last Ive found a dealership who just isn't in it for the sale there in it because they love what they do. I called him up and told him what I was looking for and filled out a credit app. and 30 minutes later I was on my way to NJ. The process didn't take long at all. "Here is what I've posted on 2 forums dedicated to the Honda VTX.
Well I made my little pilgrimage from Rockville, MD to Cherry Hill, NJ and picked up the bike this past Saturday from Cycle World of NJ.
Honestly these guys were great. I've been an obsessive website viewing wingnut for the past 3 months and sent inquiries to them a number of times over the past month and Chris Conway patiently responded to each of them. This is a far cry from most of the dealerships that I've been dealing with around my area. As the deal progressed Tim Wynne took over and took care of me like I was his only client. I was floored when I walked into their dealership - what bike would you like. I kid you not they had more bikes on the floor than any 3 dealerships around me. They even have a brand new 2004 Rune sitting on the floor - what a beauty.
Not only have the sales guys treated me well but as a born again rider needing EVERYTHING their service guys also did an outstanding job. On Thursday morning I found out that the jacket I had ordered over the web was back ordered. In a bit of a panic I called the dealership and Brian actually had a guy at their distribution warehouse who was able to locate another jacket for me, which was fantastic given that I needed a 2XTall. Then Friday I got a wild hair up my rear and called them asking if they had engine guards in stock. Not only did they have a set of Cobras available they were able to get them on for me before I picked up the bike. On Saturday Steve in parts helped me pick out a new helmet - making sure that it fit properly and also a pair of gloves.
If you're in the market for a new Kawasaki, Honda or Suzuki these guys are well worth the drive as their stock of bikes is staggering.

I orginally look at a goldwing but didn't feel like it fit me right. Tim Wynne showed me a Vulcan Nomad that I fell in love with. He could of pushed for me to purchase a goldwing to make more money but he was more concerned about me being happy then making the money on a more expensive bike. So I would send all of me friends here and being a police officer I fell very comfortable recommending them to everybody.

"My Suzuki C50T is one of almost 30 bikes I have bought from Cycle World of Cherry Hill. I bought from Dave, the owner, when he was Cherry Hill Honda back in the old days. I would never buy a bike from anyone else. He treats me like family and makes sure that if I buy a used bike, which I have bought many from him, the bike will be perfect when I get it or he won't sell it to me. I couldn' ask for anything better then that. Every bike I have bought from him, from used to new has been perfect, just as he promised. His sales associates are the most pleasant people to deal with and there is NEVER any pressure or hype. They discuss all the difference between the bikes and let you make your own choice as to which you like and which fits you best . There prices are excellent and their parts department people are also hard to beat, especially Steve, who is the parts manager. I have dealt with him for over 20 years. It is a pleasure to go there and socialize with the employees and also to talk to their hundreds of customers that come there every week. I enjoy helping to sell bikes for them, even though I am not on the payroll. I am proud of the company and want to tell everyone how I feel and the experiences I have had there.
